Let’s face it, growing up can be really tough.  Whether it’s at age 12, 17, 23 or 30, the feelings of discomfort can be overwhelming as we try to navigate the many changes going on with our body, mind, and spirit.  I remember how difficult it was to be in the midst of these stages- confused about who I was and what I wanted out of life, feeling pressure from adults and society to be a certain way, and not sure how to cope. Anxiety, doubt,  fear, low self-esteem, and a sense of inner turmoil were frequent companions.  I found myself in the midst of depression, food addiction, and probably a pretty similar list of demons you feel surrounded by yourself.

The truth is that change is possible.  Depression can be overcome.  Eating disorders can become distant memories.  Relationships can be healthy.  Anxiety can be squashed.  Hearts can heal.

I’m living proof.  I understand, because I’ve been there, and because someone stepped in to help me.

You may not be aware of it, but underneath our struggles, we all have a well of strength and wisdom. My intention is to help you access that strength and tap into that wisdom so that you can break free of whatever is getting in the way and start to feel more authentic, connected, confident and at ease as you face life’s challenges.  I want to equip you with tools that will help you become the best possible version of yourself.  If you’re reading this, you’re probably ready for things to change.  So, let’s dig in, do this thing, and embrace the glorious mess that we are.  Together we’ll come up with a plan that fits best with your strengths and who you are.
